Orchids necklaces

" MY UNIQUENESS IS MY EFFECTIVENESS "

I recently found this statement, when I was looking for orchid's symbolism and I was surprised to find out that orchids are flowers of Aquarius sign, which is my sign.....by the way ;)
That's why, I dedicated this post and my orchid creations to all Aquarius friends, whom their spirit is always exuberant and nonconformist.
Mid-winter, missing the spring and the only color that caught my attention were orchids from my window. Because they are the only flowers that bloom every winter in my house, I realised that I don't have these beautifull flowers in my " crochet garden "
So, here there are :
Graceful and almost artistic, orchid flowers represents love, beauty, loyalty and power. 
They are part of the largest plant family in the world and they cand vary in size and colors, as my crochet orchids.
Wild orchids can be found in the highest mountains, but also in the plains at the sea level.
Now, the wild orchid grown up in my collection and it's pink as it seems that is the favourite orchids of Aquarius sign.

WILD ORCHID

The set contains a necklace, bracelet and assorted earrings. They are made from a special gradient microfiber thread, in beautifull color tones of light green, pink and purple. Also, I've attached long tassels, because they are so chic and fashionable. The cord of the necklace could be twisted or simple straight, as you'll see in my photos listing from my etsy store.  

As I said before, on my window there are some orchids, but I have only a few colors ( white, yellow, pink and purple ); I would love to have a larger space and collect many more; until then, I have "collected" beautifull crochet orchids that can be worn as necklaces or brooches, if you'll I attach a safety pin....it's so simple and easier to have 2 in 1 accesories.
I've selected 7 colors which I have seemed most representative for orchids.

White, it looks so innocence, beauty and elegance.
Pink, again pink, I couldn't set at one model so I've made to different pink orchids, that represents joy and happiness 
The yellow one stands for friendship and new beginnings
Lavender orchid symbolizes grace and feminine beauty
The purple one as the color of royalty.
And the orange orchid which is full of pride and boldness

I couldn't finish my collection without a babywearing necklace. With bright and vibrant colors of pink and green and tiny orchids, this necklace will be a lovely accesory for breastfeeding moms....but not only

Christmas necklaces

I love Christmas and I like to get into the holidays spirit, especially since I become a mother.  Every year, I try to keep the Christmas traditions alive and to give to my daughters the joy of receiving and sharing with loved ones.
Christmas, the most beautiful holiday of the year, is a magic celebration, but the magic comes from us and only us can keep it in our souls and pass it along.
Decorating the Christmas tree with my girls, their glittery eceys, when they open the Christmas gifts, carols around the Christmas tree, house full of my loved ones gathered around the Christmas table and all the delicious flavors ..... yeap, this is how it looks like Christmas for me and it's magic!!!!

Like always, my inspiration comes from things and moments that surround me, so I couldn't miss the Christmas models from my necklaces collection.

With a little magic dust and well-known colors of Christmas, I've just finished the necklace Christmas Magic; with a cheerful and childish look, this necklace will bring a smile to one who would wear it and certainly, she will not let to lose the magic of Christmas.

A little bit more elegant, with crocheted balls colored in green and silver fir, the necklace Christmas Flower was inspired also from Christmas traditions,well that Christmas Flower can't miss in any house in this period; whether we give or receive it, this flower brings beauty and harmony in our lives, around Christmas time.

The Christmas globes couldn't miss in my collection, so I've created a cheerful and colorful necklace, as I like to decorate my Christmas tree : not red, not blue, not gold or silver, but multicolored...so that looks the Christmas Joy necklace.

What would be winter without snow ? Well....even though lately we don't have snow during the holidays, the snowflakes could not miss in my collection, even so wearing it around the neck.
FROZEN necklace, colored in winter pastels, will remember you about the icey flowers from windows and frosty days, but still beautiful and magical days..

These are my Christmas necklaces collection; they could be worn by everyone who loves handmade products, especially the breastfeeding mommies, as they are made from natural wood balls and rings and cotton yarn, very safe and easier care.
